Composers Meesh & Mattan Cohen met in 2015 in the doorway of a terraced house in Dublin, Ireland, both there to study film scoring. He was a USC film production grad, and she was a double-degreed musician. During their first few weeks of friendship, she helped him fine-tune his compositions, and he taught her how to plug a MIDI keyboard into her laptop.

In addition to composing, Meesh/Michelle specializes in orchestrating and arranging and is a “genre chameleon.” She is a ninja in Sibelius and can find a harmony for anything. She is also a talented singer, pianist, and horn player.

Mattan wears the hats of composer, sound designer, and mixing & mastering engineer. He is a true audiophile who turned his 2-car garage into a polished, sound-treated music and recording studio.

Their powers combined make them an unstoppable force of music production - from passion projects to collaborations with major production companies, their works span numerous genres and formats, scopes and visions.

They got hitched in 2023 and have 2 daughters, 2 cats, and a dog
